Here are some photos from our visit to Maggie’s vineyard in Amity, Oregon. She and Michael hosted a beautiful dinner on the hillside of their vineyard for friends just at the onset of cooler weather and fall. Amazing.

•October 19, 2010 • 2 CommentsStarted p90x exactly thirty days ago. It has been, aside from my college senior thesis, one of the most difficult challenges I’ve put before me in my life. One to one-and-a-half hours a day, six days a week, ninety days total. Here are the Day 1 and Day 30 photos to share with you.
Now keep in mind that not much visibly changes in the first thirty days, or so I gather. I haven’t lost a single pound. It’s not exactly encouraging, but Isaac and I motivate each other to keep going. I’m stronger, more flexible and have more energy. It sucks but….it’s great.

•May 6, 2008 • 2 Commentstoday is may 6, 2008. i am on south andros, a large but sparsely populated island in the bahamas!
i won’t type away here; instead, here’s a photo show:
me and jeff, in sarasota, preparing for our bahamas sojourn…also trying to look real beach tough, or whatever

just sayin goodbye to my buddy!

had to practically crawl to get to our seats on this twin prop death machine…

well, i did make it. here’s a view from jeff’s house looking out towards the beach. we’re on the east side of the island, a refreshing change from sarasota…

okay, here’s me, pre-tanning…we’ll see what happens after 10 days here.

the area is kinda wrecked. literally…

more shipwrecks!
