p90x

Started p90x exactly thirty days ago. It has been, aside from my college senior thesis, one of the most difficult challenges I’ve put before me in my life. One to one-and-a-half hours a day, six days a week, ninety days total. Here are the Day 1 and Day 30 photos to share with you.

Now keep in mind that not much visibly changes in the first thirty days, or so I gather. I haven’t lost a single pound. It’s not exactly encouraging, but Isaac and I motivate each other to keep going. I’m stronger, more flexible and have more energy. It sucks but….it’s great.

  1. hey i started p90x exactly 30 days ago as well! i have to do my plyo tonight, then i’ll take my pictures. don’t feel bad about not seeing actual results on the scale and in photos. i will be the same way, but i expected it. i started with absolutely no muscle tone, and as we all know, muscle burns fat. so now that you’ve (and me to) started to develop muscle, that muscle will burn fat and you’ll probably see results in photos and on the scale after these next 30 days and of course huge in the last 30 days! i’m super excited for you. i’ll keep following your progress as we are in the same boat!
